A few weeks ago there was an arts festival in Porto called Serralves em Festa. It lasts for 50 hours non-stop, encompassing theater performances, museum exhibitions (paintings, sculptures, photography, etc), dance performances, and concerts, and it is one of the best things my city has to offer. I took Zoe with me during the day and had a blast, especially while watching the contemporary dance performance of students from one of the best  performing arts schools in the country.

I really liked their enthusiasm and the routine was lovely. Their vibrant colored clothes against the white wall also provided a very interesting setting. Although I photographed other things at the festival, I think I’ll leave them for another day, as I think this performance deserved its own post. Until then… have fun!
